World Business Lenders is seeking a remote HR onboarding specialist to coordinate the employee onboarding process for an international team. This contract role runs 9:00 am-6:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday, and requires resumes in English.

You will maintain the organizational structure, support payroll, enforce HR policies, and help draft communications, with 2+ years HR experience and a degree in HR or related field. Fully remote with PTO benefits and USD compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, or onboarding specialist.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and facilitate the employee onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and systems access are in place.
• Maintain and update the company’s organisational structure
• Assist in managing day-to-day employee relations
• Support the planning and tracking of company training initiatives, ensuring timely completion and accurate records.
• Help draft and distribute internal communications
• Provide payroll support
• Enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with weekly HR reporting
