Job summary

Remote is seeking a Manager, Time & Attendance to own planning, implementation, and service delivery for the Lifecycle Time & Attendance team. You’ll report to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Operations and lead a distributed, international group in a fast-growing, remote environment.

You will shape T&A processes, drive automation, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable services worldwide. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership of distributed, international teams.
• Experience in HR Operations across multiple countries.
• Deep knowledge of Time & Attendance and wage/hour compliance.
• Experience resolving policy discrepancies under labor law.
• Comfort in fast-paced, international scale-up environments.
• Excellent stakeholder service and continuous improvement mindset.
• Technical aptitude for digital tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Lifecycle Time & Attendance team across regions.
• Drive culture in a remote, async environment focused on excellence.
• Oversee bi-annual performance evaluations and align goals with business objectives.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise regional T&A staff.
• Be the escalation contact for high-risk T&A matters and investigations.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and ER to optimize SOPs.
• Champion AI-enabled tools with guardrails and responsible deployment.
