Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own and optimize a portfolio of DTC Google accounts. You will communicate directly with clients, audit campaigns, and drive incremental growth across Brand and Non-Brand efforts, including PMax and YouTube. Remote, global team; US Eastern hours preferred.

You will lead audits, own tracking and feed quality, and build landing pages or scripts to remove bottlenecks, with a focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS metrics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with real ad spend in DTC/ecommerce environments.
• Ability to own the client relationship end-to-end.
• Experience auditing accounts and presenting clear findings.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of DTC Google accounts and act as primary client contact.
• Lead audits: campaign structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, landing pages, tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand separately; optimize for incremental performance.
• Understand and optimize PMax performance; monitor feed, landing pages, and tracking.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove bottlenecks.
