Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the full Google Ads lifecycle for 50 DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the client’s direct point of contact, running calls, updates, and justifying actions to drive real growth.

You will own the whole funnel, including Feed/ Merchant Center, PMax, YouTube, landing pages, and conversion tracking. Remote worldwide work with US Eastern calls required, autonomy and ownership emphasized.

Qualifications

• Audits campaigns and accounts before touching them.
• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Fluent English and ability to present results clearly to clients.
• Capable of defending attribution choices and ROAS decisions.
• Work across brand and non-brand campaigns as separate endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end and be the client’s direct point of contact.
• Audit and optimize campaign structure, keywords, negatives, and tracking.
• Lead updates, calls, and client communications with clear justification of actions.
• Manage Brand and Non-Brand strategies as distinct workflows.
• Own feed, landing pages, and conversion tracking across platforms.
