Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the entire Google Ads funnel for multiple DTC brands. You will talk directly with clients, run campaigns, and defend your decisions.

The role requires ownership of feeds, tracking, and attribution strategies, with a focus on incremental growth and measurable results. You can work from anywhere, but must be available for US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running Google Ads for DTC/eCommerce
• Ability to prove impact with CPA/ROAS metrics and revenue impact
• Familiarity with Shopify and tracking setups (GA4/GTM) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact
• Audit accounts before touching campaigns including structure, keywords, negatives, bids, and tracking
• Maintain independent client communication, present results and reasoning
• Develop and manage brand vs. non-brand strategies and correlate with conversions
• Build landing pages or pages enhancements as needed and integrate tracking
• Provide insights on attribution, holdout tests, and incremental lift
• Ensure Google automation is used judiciously and feeds are healthy
• Handle feed, Merchant Center, and Shopping / PMax delivery responsibilities
• Support the growth of client brands with real budgets and aggressive testing
