AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a development squad, mentor junior engineers, and hands-on build Java backend services and the Angular frontend.

The role requires 6+ years in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, with Kafka, DDD, RESTful APIs, and PostgreSQL/Oracle with JPA/Hibernate, plus upper-intermediate English. Flexible, hybrid work with strong engineering culture.

Formación

• Must have leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead.
• 6+ years with Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Domain-Driven Design with bounded contexts.
• RESTful API design experience.
• PostgreSQL or Oracle with JPA/Hibernate.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Squad Lead, driving delivery and engineering standards.
• Design and implement backend services using Java/Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain the Angular frontend for seamless UI integration.
• Lead the transition to domain-driven design with strong bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP verbs and scalable patterns.
• Mentor juniors and promote Agile practices within the team.
• Push back when necessary to maintain architectural integrity.
