AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a development squad, mentor junior engineers, and stay hands-on building Java backend services and the supporting Angular frontend.

The role requires 6+ years with Java, Spring Boot and Angular, hands-on Kafka, domain-driven design with bounded contexts, RESTful API design, and upper-intermediate English. Flexible remote/office options and USD-based compensation are offered.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Squad Lead mentoring juniors.
• 6+ years with Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, hands-on Kafka.
• Domain-driven design with bounded contexts and RESTful API design.
• Strong database experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle and JPA/Hibernate.
• OOA/OOD and software design pattern knowledge.
• Upper-intermediate English level in professional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the squad, drive delivery with high engineering standards.
• Design and implement backend services using Java/Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain the Angular frontend integration.
• Architect domain-driven structures with bounded contexts.
• Create scalable RESTful APIs with appropriate HTTP semantics.
• Mentor juniors and promote agile practices within the team.
• Advocate for best practices and architectural integrity while pushing back when needed.
