AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a development squad and stay hands-on with Java backend services and Angular frontend. You will mentor junior engineers and drive architectural decisions across the product.

Required: 6+ years in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, hands-on Kafka, DDD with bounded contexts, RESTful API design, PostgreSQL or Oracle with JPA/Hibernate, and upper-intermediate English.

• Proven experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead mentoring junior developers.
• 6+ years of Java (Spring Boot) and Angular experience.
• Hands-on Kafka; Domain-Driven Design with bounded contexts; RESTful API design; PostgreSQL or Oracle with JPA/Hibernate; upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Leadership & Execution: Act as the Squad Lead, driving the team to deliver with high engineering standards.
• Core Development: Design and implement robust backend services using Java/Spring Boot.
• Frontend Integration: Build and maintain the Angular frontend and connect it to backend logic.
• Modernizing Architecture: Lead transition to domain-driven structures with bounded contexts.
• API Excellence: Architect RESTful APIs with clean, scalable patterns.
• Team Mentorship & Agile Practices: Mentor juniors and promote agile practices.
• Strategic Pushback: Defend best practices and architectural integrity when needed.
