AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a development squad, mentor junior engineers, and stay hands-on with Java backend services and Angular frontend. You will mentor, design, and implement robust systems while leading a transition toward domain-driven design and RESTful API excellence.

The role requires 6+ years in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, hands-on Kafka, and an upper-intermediate English level. Remote/flexible work options are available.

Formación

• Leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead mentoring junior developers.
• Core stack: Java (Spring Boot) and Angular with 6+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• OOAD, design patterns and architectural pattern awareness.
• Domain-Driven Design with bounded contexts.
• RESTful services design and consumption.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) with JPA/Hibernate.
• Backend-heavy mindset with strong engineering practices.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Leadership & Execution: act as Squad Lead driving the team to deliver with high standards.
• Core Development: design and implement backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Frontend Integration: build and maintain Angular frontend and connect to backend.
• Modernizing Architecture: move towards domain-driven structure with bounded contexts.
• API Excellence: architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP verbs and scalable patterns.
• Team Mentorship & Agile Practices: mentor juniors and promote agile practices.
• Strategic Pushback: defend best practices and architectural integrity.
