AgileEngine is looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a development squad, mentor juniors, and stay hands-on with Java/Spring Boot backend services and the supporting Angular frontend.

The role requires 6+ years with Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, hands-on Kafka, DDD with bounded contexts, RESTful APIs, and English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level. Remote-friendly with flexible, owner-driven leadership.

Formación

• Proven Tech Lead or Squad Lead experience mentoring juniors.
• ≥6 years with Java (Spring Boot) and Angular
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Strong knowledge of OOAD, patterns, and architecture.
• Domain-Driven Design with bounded contexts.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and using JPA/Hibernate.

Responsabilidades

• Lead squad execution and maintain engineering standards.
• Design and implement backend services in Java/Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain the Angular frontend integration.
• Transition to domain-driven architectures with bounded contexts.
• Architect scalable RESTful APIs and patterns.
