AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a development squad, mentor junior engineers, and stay hands-on building Java backend services with Spring Boot and the supporting Angular frontend. The role requires 6+ years in Java/Angular, hands-on Kafka, and strong domain-driven design with bounded contexts.

What you will do includes technical leadership, core development, frontend integration, API excellence, and mentoring in an agile environment.

Formación

• Leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead mentoring juniors.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, 6+ years.
• Hands-on Kafka experience and good design skills (OOA/OOD, patterns).
• Strong domain-driven design with bounded contexts and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/Oracle and JPA/Hibernate.
• Backend-heavy mindset with focus on performance and architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and guide the squad, ensuring high engineering standards.
• Design and implement backend services with Java/Spring Boot.
• Maintain and integrate Angular frontend with backend logic.
• Modernize architecture toward domain-driven design and bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with clean patterns and proper HTTP verbs.
