AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a development squad, mentoring engineers while building Java backend services and an Angular frontend. The role requires hands-on Java/Spring Boot and Angular expertise, and experience mentoring juniors.

Expect to lead architecture modernization, RESTful API design, and domain-driven design within a modern, fast-paced team. You will drive technical direction, ensure high engineering standards, and collaborate across product and dev

Formación

• Proven experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead mentoring juniors.
• 6+ years with Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of OOAD, design patterns, and architecture."
• Deep understanding of domain-driven design and bounded contexts.
• RESTful services design and API patterns.
• Relational DBs with PostgreSQL/Oracle and JPA/Hibernate.
