AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a development squad, mentor junior engineers, and stay hands-on with Java backend services and the Angular frontend.

The role demands 6+ years with Java and Angular, hands-on Kafka, domain-driven design with bounded contexts, RESTful API design, and an upper-intermediate English level. Excellent opportunities for growth and impact.

Formación

• Experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead mentoring junior developers.
• 6+ years with Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design and bounded contexts.
• Strong RESTful API design with standard patterns.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle and JPA/Hibernate.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Leadership & Execution: Act as the Squad Lead, driving the team to deliver while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Core Development: Design and implement robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Frontend Integration: Build and maintain the Angular frontend, connecting UI with backend logic.
• Modernizing Architecture: Guide towards domain-driven design with bounded contexts.
• API Excellence: Architect RESTful APIs with clean, scalable patterns.
• Team Mentorship & Agile Practices: Motivate and mentor junior developers within agile practices.
• Strategic Pushback: Confidently push back to uphold best practices and architectural integrity.
