AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations and program delivery. Work spans .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure, with AI agents guiding planning and verification rather than manual coding.

You will deliver features end-to-end, align with stakeholders, and drive V1 outcomes at pace while upholding security and tenant isolation for PHI. Excellent English and US ET overlap are required.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL.
• React and TypeScript in component-based applications.
• Strong Azure experience with production deployment and ownership.
• Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end feature delivery.
• Translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify output.
• Operate within an AI Skill and governance model with bounded improvements.
• Senior product judgment and ability to deliver V1 outcomes at pace.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, testing, pipelines, and production validation.
• Strong communication with blockers escalated early; US EST overlap for FT.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and demo readiness before optimization.
• Turn changing product direction into a practical delivery plan.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements or priorities conflict.
• Apply AI Skill consistently and route workflow improvements.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously before acceptance of agent output.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Preserve security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege access.
• Make blockers and risks visible to the team.
