AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations and program delivery, using .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure. This role guides AI agents through planning and testing, ensuring quality rather than writing every line by hand.

You will own backend services, APIs, and portal experiences, while preserving security, tenant isolation, and governance.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Recent production experience with .NET 8 or 9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, and PostgreSQL.
• Recent production experience with React and TypeScript in component based applications.
• Strong Azure experience including production deployment and operational ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end feature delivery.
• Translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify outputs through builds, tests, and runtime checks.
• Work within an AI Skill and governance model while proposing bounded improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic first workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and UAT or demo readiness before optimization.
• Turn changing product direction into a practical delivery plan and keep work moving.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements or priorities conflict.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review and verify generated work rigorously rather than accepting agent output at face value.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences across the platform.
• Preserve security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege access for PHI.
• Make blockers and next steps visible to the team.
