AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize a portfolio of Employee Lifecycle Applications. You will work primarily with Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, and React to strengthen integrations with enterprise platforms and push toward AI-enabled workflows.

You will enhance scalability, security, and user experience while delivering robust integrations with Workday and iCIMS. Join a people-first team across global brands, with a flexible remote work model.

Formación

• 4+ years of software development experience, with Python/Django backend.
• Hands-on Java/Spring Boot experience.
• Proven testing, debugging and bug resolution skills.
• Experience integrating apps with LLMs/AI assistants.
• Strong REST APIs and modern auth (OAuth 2.0, tokens, scopes).
• Familiarity with AI security, governance and data handling.
• Hands-on TypeScript/React experience.
• Good JIRA practices and technical documentation.
