AgileEngine in the United States is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform supporting clinical operations and program delivery, using .NET, C#, React and Azure. You will direct AI agents through planning, testing, and validation, review generated work rigorously, and deliver backend services, APIs, and portal experiences with security and tenant isolation.

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure experience including deployment and operations.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Ability to turn product objectives into executable agent work and verify outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assign work, and finalize UAT or demos before later optimizations.
• Translate changing product direction into practical delivery plans and keep momentum.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements conflict and maintain delivery cadence.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, debugging, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously and verify with builds, tests, and runtime checks.
