AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize a portfolio of employee lifecycle applications used across candidate acquisition and development. Working primarily in Python/Django with some Java/Spring Boot and React, this person strengthens integrations with enterprise platforms and helps evolve these tools toward AI-enabled, agent-based workflows.

• 4+ years of software development experience with strong Python/Django backend.
• Hands-on Java/Spring Boot experience.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs with modern auth (OAuth 2.0).
• Experience integrating with AI capabilities and generative AI.
• Strong testing, debugging, and documentation skills.
• Proficient with TypeScript/React and Jira practices.
