AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations and program delivery. You’ll work across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure, guiding AI agents through planning and testing with a focus on verification and governance.

You will lead backend and frontend work, ensure security and isolation for PHI, and collaborate with stakeholders to map product objectives to actionable agent work.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Recent production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, and PostgreSQL.
• Recent production experience with React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure experience including deployment and operations.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Ability to translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify output.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic-first workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery and prepare UAT/demos before optimization.
• Convert changing product direction into practical delivery plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements and priorities.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Ensure security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege for PHI.
