AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations. You will work with .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure, guiding AI agents through planning and testing and ensuring verifiable output.

You will drive production features, uphold security and governance, and collaborate across global teams. This is a 100% remote role with US Eastern Time overlap for a full-time engagement.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, PostgreSQL.
• Recent React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure deployment and ownership.
• Experience using Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TS, and Azure using an agentic workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery and ensure UAT/demo readiness.
• Turn changing product direction into actionable delivery plans.
• Align requirements with stakeholders early.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously before acceptance.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Preserve security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege for PHI.
• Make blockers and risks visible to the team.
