AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI‑compliant environment. The role focuses on implementing scalable pipelines, secure cloud platforms, and reliable systems across time zones.

You will work with Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE), Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation, and modern CI/CD tools in a collaborative, on‑call capable setup. Experience with Data and AI workloads is a plus.

Formación

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) and container tooling (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Flux).
• Strong scripting in Python/Bash/Go; solid SQL; experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Observability stacks experience (Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry/ELK/Datadog).
• Understanding PCI‑compliant or regulated environments and cloud security.
• Ability to work independently and in teams across time zones; on-call rotations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines across multiple platforms.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE) and related workloads.
• Build observability dashboards and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog.
• Enforce security and PCI‑aware patterns; manage IAM and secrets.
• Lead on-call rotations and post-mortems to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, AI engineers, QA, and DBAs across environments.
