Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data & AI teams in a PCI‑compliant environment.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, manage IaC, operate Kubernetes clusters, and implement robust observability. The role requires 4+ years in DevOps/SRE, cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and strong scripting skills. Hybrid work with on‑call rotations is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform‑engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and managing IaC with Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Kubernetes experience (EKS/AKS/GKE) and container tooling (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Flux).
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go; SQL skills; exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog).
• Cloud security and PCI‑compliant or regulated environments knowledge.
• Strong communication and ability to work across time zones; on‑call capable.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap and vision for DevOps and observability for Data & AI teams.
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure as code for AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments with security scanning.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and manage pods, ingress, secrets, and policy.
• Build observability with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards and SLOs.
• Implement security controls: IAM, SSO, vaults, vulnerability scanning.
• Lead incident response with on‑call runbooks and blameless post‑mortems.
• Collaborate with developers for golden paths and self‑service tooling.
