AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment. You will own cloud infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes operations across AWS/Azure/GCP, with strong emphasis on security and reliability.

You will drive strategy, implement scalable IaC, and collaborate with developers and QA to ensure robust release processes and on-call readiness.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional DevOps/SRE/platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and managing IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
• Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) knowledge and container tooling (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Flux).
• Strong scripting: Python, Bash, or Go; solid SQL; cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Observability stacks: New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog.
• Cloud security/compliance, PCI-friendly environments.
• Ability to work independently and in teams across time zones, including on-call rotations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• - Strategy, Roadmap & Vision for DevOps/Observability in Data & AI teams.
• - Design and build cloud infra as code (Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation) across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• - Own CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) with testing, security scans, blue-green/canary deploys, auto rollback.
• - Operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE) with Helm, ArgoCD, Flux, including autoscaling and secrets.
• - Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog—metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, SLO alerts.
• - Implement security/compliance controls: IAM, SSO, secrets (Vault/KMS), vulnerability scans, policy-as-code, PCI patterns.
• - Lead incident response: on-call, runbooks, blameless post-mortems, reliability improvements.
• - Partner with developers on local dev experience and internal tooling; provide self-service capabilities.
• - Shape internal platform standards, participate in design reviews across teams.
