AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI‑compliant environment. You will own infrastructure as code, manage CI/CD pipelines, and operate Kubernetes clusters with tools like ArgoCD and Flux.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) and container tooling (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Flux).
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go; solid SQL; at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Observability stacks: New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Cloud security and PCI‑compliant or regulated environments.
• Strong communication and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, Roadmap & Vision for DevOps and observability in Data & AI teams.
• Design and build cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation).
• Own CI/CD pipelines — build, test, security scan, blue‑green or canary deploys, automated rollback.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with Helm, ArgoCD, or Flux.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog; manage alerts & SLAs.
• Implement security controls: IAM, SSO, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, policy-as-code.
• Lead incident response with on‑call rotations and post‑mortems; reduce toil.
• Collaborate with developers on dev experience and self‑service platforms.
