AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment.

You will design and implement infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation) across AWS, Azure, or GCP, own CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, and build robust observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog. The role involves on-call rotations and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container tooling.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go; solid SQL skills and cloud platform experience.

Responsabilités

• Strategy, Roadmap & Vision – build the roadmap for DevOps and observability in Data & AI teams.
• Design and build cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation for AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Own CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI with automated deployments and rollback.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and containers with Helm, ArgoCD, or Flux, including autoscaling and security.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog and define SLO-based alerting.
• Implement security and compliance controls (IAM, SSO, Vault/KMS, vulnerability scanning, OPA/Checkov).
• Lead incident response with on-call duties, runbooks, and blameless post-mortems.
• Collaborate with developers to improve local dev experience and internal platform tooling.
• Shape internal platform standards and share knowledge across teams in India and the U.S.
• Participate in a collaborative DevOps environment with developers, AI engineers, QA, DBAs, and product partners.
