AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI‑compliant environment. The role emphasizes independence, collaboration, and on‑call readiness across time zones.

You will own pipelines, manage IaC, and shape the DevOps strategy across AWS/Azure/GCP, with strong emphasis on security, reliability, and rapid delivery. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation).
• Experience with Kubernetes and container tooling (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Flux).
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or Go; solid SQL; proficient with at least one cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on with observability stacks: New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Knowledge of cloud security/compliance, PCI-aware environments.
• Ability to work independently and in teams across time zones, including on-call rotations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Strategize DevOps roadmap for Data & AI teams and observability.
• Design cloud infrastructure as code for AWS/Azure/GCP using Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation.
• Own CI/CD pipelines across GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI with automated testing and rollbacks.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with ArgoCD/Flux and related tooling.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog and define SLO-driven alerts.
• Implement PCI-aware security/compliance controls and secret management.
• Lead incident response with on-call rotations and blameless post-mortems.
• Collaborate with developers to improve dev experiences and internal tooling.
• Contribute to platform standards and knowledge sharing across teams in multiple regions.
• Engage with engineers, QA, DBAs, and product partners across environments.
