AgileEngine is seeking a Database Administrator to manage, secure, and tune high-availability production databases, working closely with engineering teams. This hands‑on DBA role focuses on database administration, performance, security, and reliability—not Data Engineering.

• 3–4 years of hands-on DBA experience.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS, particularly RDS and Aurora.
• Programming with PowerShell or Python.
• IaC tools such as Terraform.
• Kafka (Confluent Kafka) administration & troubleshooting.
• Performance analysis and tuning of high-availability systems.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on designs & deadlines.
• Upper‑intermediate English level.
