Bybit is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive a data migration program for a global client, coordinating cross-functional teams and defining migration approach and controls. The role emphasizes risk management, data quality, and transparent reporting to senior stakeholders.

Work in UTC time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with English-language interviews and documentation. This is a 100% remote, full-time position, suitable for candidates in Argentina or other locations within the international time zones.

Formación

• Experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
