Job summary

Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive a global data migration program for a major automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and implement controls to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

Requirements include proven leadership in large-scale data migrations, strong knowledge of migration methodologies, and experience with ERP migrations such as S/4HANA. English fluency and UTC-aligned work hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English.
