Job summary

Connections Education Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a global consulting team supporting a world-class automotive manufacturer. You will plan and lead end-to-end data migration activities, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and define the migration approach, controls and risk management to ensure a reliable transition to the target system.

You will work in UTC time, with interviews in English and CVs in English.

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
