Fletcher Jones in Rosario is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to plan and execute large-scale data migrations for a global automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approach, and manage risks in a UTC 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM window.

The role requires strong data migration expertise, experience with extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading, and familiarity with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations.

Formación

• Experience leading large-scale data migration programs.
• Proficient in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk strategies.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; work in UTC time.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
