Job summary

Connections Education Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead for a 100% remote, full-time role supporting a global automotive manufacturer in a data migration program. You will plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring data quality and readiness for the target system while managing cross-functional teams and risks in UTC working hours.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior stakeholders, adherence to migration controls, and strong English communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with migration controls and risk management strategies; familiarity with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
