Maxit Consulting - Max Corporate Group is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of a critical data migration program for a global automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role requires experience leading large-scale data migrations, strong data methodology knowledge, and effective risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
