Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead for a 100% remote, full-time role supporting a world-leading automotive manufacturer within a global consulting firm. You will plan and execute data migration activities, ensure data quality, and coordinate across workstreams with risk controls and a strong focus on a smooth transition.

The role requires coordination of cross-functional teams, expertise in data migration methodology (ETL/ELT), and the ability to work in English in UTC рабочий hours

• Experience as a Data Migration Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams and migration controls.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategiesExperience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
