Job summary

Maxit Consulting - Max Corporate Group is hiring a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of complex data migrations for a major automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP system.

The role requires strong data migration expertise, experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations, and fluency in English for interviews and daily collaboration in UTC hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
