Naranja X is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to plan and execute data migration activities for a global automotive client within a consulting context. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a reliable transition to the target system.

The role requires intermediate/advanced English, availability for UTC 9:00–17:00, and a track record in large-scale ERP migrations. This is a 100% remote, full-time position.

Competenze

• Experience leading data migration within large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration lifecycle: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migrations is preferred.
• Intermediate/advanced English; interviews conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00–17:00).

• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
