Oracle is seeking a data center operations professional to lead break/fix activities and hardware maintenance for servers and components in Argentina, ensuring lifecycle efficiency and adherence to SOPs/MOPs. You will mentor junior technicians, validate cabling and network connectivity, and manage ticketing under SLAs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring safety and compliance in customer-site environments.

Formación

• Experience coordinating data center maintenance and change control.
• Ability to mentor technicians and guide troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of server hardware, routing, and network cabling procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hardware maintenance and break/fix activities for servers and components.
• Mentor technicians on power distribution and replacement hardware.
• Validate network cabling and connectivity to ensure proper operation.
• Monitor tickets and escalate trends within SLAs to prevent outages.
• Ensure SOP/MOP compliance and site safety during on-site tasks.
