Oracle is seeking a seasoned Datacenter Services Operations engineer based in Buenos Aires to lead break/fix, hardware maintenance, and network configuration tasks across data centers. You will mentor technicians, enforce SOPs/MOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resiliency and uptime in critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities include overseeing ticketing workflows, validating connectivity, and driving continuous improvement through process optimization and collaboration

Formación

• Experience in data center operations and hardware maintenance.
• Familiarity with SOPs/MOPs and change control processes.
• Ability to guide and train technicians on best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for technicians to work with servers and hardware to ensure optimal lifecycle performance.
• Guide and coach junior technicians on hardware replacement and troubleshooting without impacting critical infrastructure.
• Validate cabling and network connectivity; sign off on client configurations within environments.
• Monitor and assign work in ticketing systems and document resolutions for SLAs.
