• Experience in datacenter operations or hardware maintenance.
• Ability to guide and coach technicians on best practices for power distribution units and replacement hardware.
• Familiarity with incident management and ticketing workflows.

• Trains advance fix techniques aligning with SOPs/MOPs for data center change control.
