Oracle is hiring for a Datacenter Services Operations role based in Buenos Aires. The position focuses on break/fix, hardware maintenance, and network configuration within data center environments, ensuring high availability and adherence to SOPs and MOPs.

Responsibilities include mentoring junior technicians, validating cabling and connectivity, and managing ticketed work while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for others to replace or upgrade server components and hardware, ensuring reliable lifecycle management.
• Trains and mentors technicians in hardware maintenance, power distribution, and escalation of issues within SOPs/MOPs for data center operations.
• Guides teams on network configurations, cabling validation, and client configurations for proper connectivity and error-free operation.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing systems, documents resolutions, and escalates trends per SLAs.
• Enforces safety, security, and regulatory compliance during on-site tasks across data center environments.
