Oracle in Argentina seeks a Datacenter Services Operations professional to identify opportunities to replace or upgrade server components, validate cabling, and ensure network connectivity is established. You will monitor and assign work in a ticketing environment and mentor less experienced technicians, implementing technical solutions in line with SOPs and MOPs.

• Guide technicians on power distribution units and replacement hardware.
• Validate cabling and network connectivity within environments.
• Monitor and assign work in ticketing system within SLAs.
• Ensure SOPs/MOPs compliance and safety during on-site tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve risks.
• Lead continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.
