Oracle in Argentina seeks a Data Center Technician to support break/fix, hardware maintenance, and network configuration activities across data center environments. The role involves mentoring junior technicians and ensuring SOP/MOP adherence.

You will monitor ticketing workflows, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that reduce outages and improve system resiliency and availability.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for other team members to work with servers and main hardware to ensure efficient performance across the lifecycle.
• Guides technicians on power distribution units and replacement hardware, safely removing and troubleshooting hardware.
• Validates cabling and verifies network connectivity is established and devices are error-free.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing environment, mentoring less experienced technicians or implementing technical solutions.
• Oversees adherence to SOPs/MOPs and site rules during on-site work at customer locations.
• Trains advanced repair techniques in line with corporate objectives and data center Change Control processes.
