Oracle is seeking a skilled Data Center Operations Technician to support the datacenter infrastructure in Argentina. You will drive break/fix activities, guide technicians on hardware and network configurations, and monitor SLAs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance reliability and uptime across critical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Datacenter Operations: Break/Fix and hardware maintenance to keep servers and components running smoothly.
• Network configuration and augmentation: guide technicians on network setups and verify client configurations.
• Technical support: monitor tickets, mentor staff, and follow SLAs to resolve issues.
• Safety and compliance: follow SOPs/MOPs, site rules, and security procedures.
• Continuous improvement: train on repair techniques and identify recurring issues for escalation.
• Collaboration and leadership: coordinate with vendors and partners to validate installations and ensure SLAs.
• Planning and execution: complete complex tasks with limited instructions and guide priorities.
• Collaboration and partnerships: work across teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Problem solving: create procedures and troubleshoot complex errors.
• Continuous learning: stay updated on trends and acquire new skills.
• Process improvements: suggest and implement efficiency improvements.
