Oracle is seeking a Data Center Operations Technician to support break/fix and hardware maintenance, network configuration, and incident handling at client sites. The role involves mentoring technicians, adhering to SOPs/MOPs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure resiliency and availability of critical infrastructure.

You will verify cabling, assist with network connectivity, and follow defined procedures while aligning with corporate objectives and SLAs.

Formación

• Experience in data center operations and hardware maintenance.
• Ability to mentor less experienced technicians and follow SOPs/MOPs.
• Familiarity with service level agreements and incident escalation.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for others to replace or upgrade server components and ensures reliable operation.
• Guides and coaches technicians on hardware replacement and power distribution practices.
• Validates cabling and network connectivity, and assists with configuration sign-offs.
