Oracle is seeking an experienced Data Center Services professional to oversee break/fix, hardware maintenance, and network configuration. You will mentor technicians, validate cabling and devices, and coordinate with global teams to enhance resiliency and availability within defined SOP/MOP procedures.

The role emphasizes collaboration with vendors and project teams, continuous improvement, and adherence to safety and compliance in a data center environment, reporting into the operations

Formación

• Server hardware and components expertise.
• Networking and cabling knowledge.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Familiarity with SOPs/MOPs and change-control processes.
• Mentoring and coaching of junior technicians.
• Strong liaison skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with ticketing systems and SLA adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for others to work with servers and main hardware across the lifecycle.
• Guide and coach technicians on power distribution units and hardware replacement without impacting critical infra.
• Validate network configurations and cabling; ensure devices are connected and error-free.
• Monitor and assign work in ticketing environments; escalate trends and document resolutions per SLAs.
• Ensure safety, security, compliance, and SOP/MOP adherence during on-site tasks.
• Lead collaboration with project and colocation teams to validate installation and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying repeated issues and engaging global teams.
• Provide ongoing training on advanced repair techniques aligned with corporate objectives.
