Oracle is seeking a Data Center Operations professional to manage break/fix, hardware maintenance, and network configuration within client environments. The role emphasizes mentoring, SOP/MOP adherence, and driving continuous improvement across data center processes.

The candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable server performance, implement standardized solutions, and uphold strict safety and compliance standards in on-site data center settings.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for others to replace or upgrade server components.
• Validates cabling; checks network environment build and connectivity is established.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing environment; mentors less experienced technicians or implements technical solutions.
• Trains advance fix and repair techniques that align with SOPs and MOPs for Data Center Change Control processes.
• Acts as a technical liaison for technical and non-technical teams to identify and resolve resiliency, reliability, and availability risks.
• Leads collaboration with project teams/colocation partners to test and validate installations and coordinate site utility requirements.
• Ensures SLAs are met and contractors/vendors deliver quality services.
