Oracle is seeking an experienced Datacenter Services Operations professional for Break/Fix, Network Configuration, and Advanced Troubleshooting in our data centers. You will mentor technicians and ensure SOP/MOP adherence while coordinating with vendors to resolve resiliency and availability risks.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee safety and compliance, and balance complex tasks across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in datacenter operations and hardware maintenance.
• Ability to guide less experienced technicians.
• Familiarity with SOPs and MOPs and change control processes.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for others to work with servers and main hardware.
• Coach technicians on power distribution and replacement hardware.
• Validate network cabling and connectivity in client environments.
• Monitor ticketing systems and mentor staff to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Lead collaboration with vendors and test installations.
