Oracle seeks a skilled professional to support datacenter services operations, focusing on break/fix and hardware maintenance, network configuration, installation, and troubleshooting. The role involves guiding technicians, validating cabling, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and MOPs while maintaining SLAs and high availability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as a liaison, and contribute to continuous improvement and change control processes in a data center environment.

Formación

• Requires ability to identify and implement hardware and network changes to improve resiliency and availability.
• Mentors technicians and shares best practices for server hardware and networking configurations.
• Follows SOPs/MOPs and Data Center Change Control processes to ensure compliant operations.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve complex outages and optimize performance.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for team members to work with servers and main hardware for lifecycle efficiency.
• Coach technicians on power distribution units and replacement hardware while maintaining critical infrastructure.
• Validate network cabling and connectivity; ensure devices are connected and error-free.
