Oracle is seeking engineers to support Datacenter Services Operations with a focus on Break/Fix, hardware maintenance, network configuration, and change control. The role involves guiding technicians, validating cabling, and ensuring reliable, secure data center environments.

Responsibilities include monitoring SLAs, mentoring staff, and coordinating with vendors to optimize installation and performance across client sites.

Formación

• Experience in data center operations and hardware maintenance.
• Familiarity with SOPs/MOPs and change control processes.
• Ability to mentor technicians and coordinate cross-team activities.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for others to work with servers and hardware to ensure performance.
• Guides technicians on power distribution and hardware replacement without disrupting critical infrastructure.
• Validates network cabling and ensures connectivity and device error-free operation.
• Monitors ticketing systems, escalates trends, and documents resolutions within SLAs.
• Ensures safety, security, and compliance during on-site work at customer locations and offices.
• Leads collaboration with project teams and vendors to validate installation and performance.
