Oracle in Argentina seeks an experienced Datacenter Operations technician responsible for server hardware maintenance, network configuration, and incident resolution. You will monitor ticket queues, mentor junior staff, and ensure changes comply with SOP/MOP and data center policies.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project teams, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement to enhance reliability and availability of data center infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing environment, mentoring less experienced technicians or implementing technical solutions.
• Identifies opportunities for other team members to work with servers and server components to ensure efficient performance.
• Guides and coaches less experienced technicians on best practices for power distribution units and replacement hardware.
• Guides and instructs on best practices for implementing network communications and client configurations.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs/MOPs and maintains safety during on-site work at customer locations.
